Biographical Info
I am a cranial sacral therapist having studied with Carol Gray, The Upledger Institute and Cyr Foote. I am also a practitioner of Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy. I have speciality training in Massage for Pregnancy and Postnatal care via Kate Jordan, Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese abdominal massage) and deep tissue/mayofascial work for acute injuries and chronic pain.
I have a special interest in women’s health, fertility, infant care, and movement for alignment and fluidity in the body.
I spent many years teaching yoga with a focus on prenatal yoga and have certifications in Kundalini, Hatha, and Prenatal yoga. I have also trained in natural movement with MovNat.
I believe in seeing what isn’t moving and getting it moving again, looking for what is stuck and unsticking it, and creating space and ease wherever possible.
I can also offer guidance on meditation and breath work. I look forward to working with you.
