Registration and Refund Policies

Space in classes is granted on a first come first served basis. There are no registration deadlines. Full payment is due at the time of registration. When we receive a registration we send a confirmation email that includes a link to the reading list and other preparation suggestions plus hotel lists, information about parking and directions to the class location.

Tuition is refundable up to 30 days prior to a scheduled class start date. All refunds are made to the original form of payment. All refunds are subject to a 6% service charge. There are no refunds given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to a scheduled class start date, but the tuition may be applied to a future class. Students may transfer to a future class at any time. Transfers are not subject to a service charge.

Class registrations are non-transferable.

For certification programs, no refunds are given once a certification registration has been submitted and approved.
